Consistent client contact
NPFA assigns a principal advisor to each client to provide a single point of contact. This advisor is responsible for meeting with the client to obtain background information and identify objectives, and for managing the overall planning and plan implementation process. We dedicate as much time as is necessary to understand your financial situation, help you establish financial goals, and assist you in evaluating your options. We also initiate periodic meetings on a timetable that is flexible to your schedule to provide updates, share information, and discuss key decisions affecting your plan.

Appropriate skills and experience
Advisors are supported by client teams assembled based on relevant skills and experience. These teams include other advisors with specific areas of knowledge (e.g., estate planning, employee benefit planning, etc.) which are applicable to your plan. These attorneys, Chartered Financial Analysts, Certified Public Accountants and Certified Financial Planner™ Practitioners may manage certain portions of work, depending upon your needs.
Seamless implementation
NPFA either assumes direct responsibility for executing your plan, or works with other professionals where necessary to assure seamless implementation of all of your plan's elements. Our goal is to minimize the amount of time and effort expended by our clients.
Continuous, organized information flow
Our services are provided against the backdrop of a continuous flow of information to ensure both NPFA and the client are kept as informed as possible. We obtain all information directly, requesting duplicate reports as needed and utilizing telephone conferences to direct sources of information. Our system for organizing information is designed to be comprehensive, yet easy to use, and has proven to be an invaluable tool for our clients. All client information is treated as highly confidential at all times.
